I want to talk "How strife affects the annoiting?"

The annoiting of the Holy Spirit is one of the most important things in my life and ministry. His annoiting ushers me into the presence and the power of god. The annoiting manifests in ability, enablement and strenght. The annoiting ministers life to me. I feel alive and strong physically when the annoiting is flowing. I am mentally alert when the annoiting of God is manifesting. God’s annoiting is always resident in the beleiver.

As a beleiver we rely on the annoiting power to overcome any circumstances, situations and problem, without anoiting we cant solve our problem and life becomes boring and more complicated.

I personally need annoiting to minister someone; whether for counseling, deliverance and healing. As God’s servant i’m a vessel of God’s annoiting, the Holy Spirit will flow His annoiting through me to pass on to somebody who needs to be ministered. In-order for the anointing to flow hurtling from me to the sick person or in God’s servant life, otherwise the anointing will be blocked and will not operate to to minister for healing , or deliverance.

I want to talk “How strife affects the annointing?”

Read 1John 2:20,27

The anointing is always in us, but but the manifectation of the anointing is vital to powerful living and powerful ministry. Strife will definitely hinder the flow of God’s anointing. The holy spirit gives the anointing, and strife grieves Him.

If you want the anointing to flow and operate in your life:

A.      You must be willing to make peace/settle the issue you are having with somebody.

1.       As long as we are in strife with somebody and refuse to make peace then the anointing will not flow into you and operate to heal your sickness, or deliver you from problem.

2.       Everyone of us can have strife with someone or with ourselves.

3.       A lot of people want to recieve healing, deliverance and restoration through the anointing service, yet they don’t realize that they have strife with someone or with themselves(personally)

4.       If you want a pastor to minister to you and pass on the anointing flow into your life, you must get rid of strife otherwise it is just a waste of time.

5.       Hurting people need inner healing/deliverance ministry but they must be willing to co-operate with the pastor that is;

·         Getting rid of the strife

·         Be in agreement(united with the pastor to work on it.)

·         If you are willing to surrender to the Holy Spirit, and refuse to co-operate

·         Read Ephesians 4:30-32 Strife grieves the Holy Spirit. It will seperate us from the power and anointing of the Spirit, but the power of peace binds us the Holy Spirit. Read Ephesians 4.3

6.       Peace and power live together. They are married; they support each other. Psalm 133:1-2

7.       When kings and priests were anointed for their offices under the old Covenant, oil(representing the Holy Spirit)was poured upon the collar and skirts of their garments. Unity has the same effect. If unity produces the same results as the anointing, then strife-the opposite of unity-would produce the opposite results. Strife blocks the flow of the anointing. It is no wonder that jesus and the apostles taught the importance of forgiveness Jesus declared that he was anointed by God to preach the good news and to bring healing to man physically, emotionally and spirituallu. Isaiah 61:1-3; Luke 4:18. Jesus was referred to as Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6. As the anointed Prince of Peace, Jesus is a model to show us how the annoiting and peace work together.

8.       Luke 10:1-7 told us that the blessig/annoiting of God can come to those who receive peace.

a.       One of their instructions was to find a peaceful place to reside and stay there. I submit that peace is the key to receive the annoiting of God.

9.       The beleiver has God’s annoiting within. The perso called by God to a ministry has the annoiting resident in him to do what God has called him to. But sometimes there are things in the beleiver’s life must be moved out of the way in order to allow the annoiting to flow.

10.   Do you know that the devil often attempts to invoke/inflict you with strife before you hear the word of God. The Bible teaches us that the seed of God’s word must be sown in a heart of peace by someone who works for and makes peace. James 3:18

B.      Don’t give satan a foothold to attack us through strife

1.       Satan Knows very well in-order to stop you receiving the annoiting from God, he would make you angry, quarell with someone and leave you without peace so that you are ope to strife.

2.       You do have strife against yourself without realizing it for example you don’t like yourself, you hate yourself, you condemn, blame yourself for wha has happened around you.

3.       You can strife against the pastor, minister when you say something negative about them or anti to them. When you say i don’t like the church of that pastor actually you are having a strife and no wonder the annoiting will not flow to you when you are ministered by another pastor.

4.       Get rid of the judgemental attitude toward anybody or pastors which can cause strife you end up blocking the annoiting flow to you.

5.       Do not succumb to your flesh, because the desire of flesh is always against the will of God. Flesh often causes Strife.

6.       Satan will always attack you through your flesh(Which is your weakness) That’s why the Bibles tells us to walk in the spirit so that we can be victorious against satan.

7.       Read Mark 4:24 Satan will often attack your mind after hearing the Word lest you begin to meditate on it.

8.       We can not sit by passively and allow him to get us so upset before we get to church that we cannot hear or retain what is being said Nor we can allow him to get us upset after we leave.

9.       No matter how annoited a speaker is, tha annoiting will not have any affect on you if you are in strife when you get there. Annoiting and strife do not work together, but the annoiting and peace do. It is important that both the speaker and the listeners are peaceful.

10.   Be a peacemakers so that we can have more of God’s annoiting flow in your life. Hebrew 12:14-15

11.   Watch our satan’s attack he seeks to get us in strife so the annoiting cannot flow.

12.   Strife is caused by the spirit of offense and rebellion, you do not submit it to the Holy Spirit’s leadig, you are being rebellious and you are ope to satan’s attack and you will receive the spirit of strife which robs your peace.

a.       If you always follow your way and do not submit to the Holy Spirit’s leading yo end up going nowhere and you stay in the circle of satan.

b.      Be obidient to God’s leading although you find it hard to accept it, becaue God knows better for your best.

c.       You may not like the church or the people but when the Holy Spirit leads you to be there then you must obey and do not compromise.

13.   The Holy Spirit works in-order and He knows what He is doing for your benefit. You must let the Holy Spirit in control of your life if you want to be healed, delivered fro your present problem.

14.   Disobedience grieves the Holy Spirit because you are opening the door for satan to attack you.

15.   If you have problem in your relationship, God wants to fix it. But befeore he can do that, he wants you first instead of your partner, because God is concern with you at the moment, as you have personal problem in your inner being.

Conclude

Whether you have problem in your relationship or business marriage or job, God wants to fix you first.

He wants you to receive His annoiting so that you can settle your problem.
