We all have needs;

The need of salvation

The need of Protection

The need of security

The need of Peace

The need of Joy

The need of Comfort

The need of Happiness

The need of Healty Living

The need of Healing

The need of Restoration

The need of happy home

The need of Finance

The need of Solution of our problems

 Matthew 4:23-25

How can we get all these needs met?

Our money is not the source of all these needs.

A Philosophy from France said "All the world is racing to find security and hapiness." A lecturer from Harvard University also said "The world is looking for a confession to rely on as a beleif and a song to be sung."

 " A Millionaire from Texas spoke freely from his heart,  "before i thought that happiness can be bought by money, but the fact it was wrong, i am dissapointed."

A famous/popular movie star complains "i have money, beauty, and attraction. i am admired by many people. I should have been the most happy woman in this world, But i am anxious.

What is the cause? One of social British leaders said, "i have lost interest in life completely, although i have everything i need for my life. What is the caused of it?

Seorang ahli filsafat bangsa perancis pernah berkata, "Seluruh dunia sedang berlomba mencari kesentosaan dan kebahagiaan." Rektor Universitas Harvard juga berkata, "Dunia sedang mencari suatu syahdat untuk menggantungkan kepercayaan dan suatu lagu untuk didendangkanya,"

Seorang jutawaan Texas mencurahkan isi hatinya demikian, "Dahulu saya mengira bahwa kebahgiaan itu dapat dibeli dengan uang. Ternyata salah, saya mempunyai uang, Kencantikan, dan saya daya tarik. Saya di puja-puja orang. Seharusnya saya adalah seorang wanita yang paling bahagia di dunia ini, tetapi saya risau. Apakah sebabnya?" Salah seorang pemimpin sosial bangsa inggris berkata, "Saya telah kehilang hasrat untuk Hidup sama sekali, walaupun saya memiliki segala keperluan untuk hidup. Apakah geranganyang menyebabkanya?"

A graduate student said, " I am only 23 years old, but i have swollen the salt of life too much which makes me grow older and become bored of living.

A greek dancer said, " i have never felt lonel, but my hands are shivering, my eyes tear and my heart is longing for peace and happiness which i haven't enjoyed."

Seorang mahasiswa tingkat terakhir berkata, " Umur saya baru 23 tahun, tetapi garam hidup yang saya telan cukup banyak untuk menjadikan saya tua dan jemu akan kehidupan." Seorang penari bangsa Yunanu berkata, " Saya tidak pernah merasa kesepian, tetapi tangan saya gemetar, mata saya berlinang air mata, dan hati saya rindu akan damai dan kebahagiaan yang belum saya nikmati."

A. The scripture we read has told us clearly people live in crisis in this world and have the need for the solution

B. Yes we all have the needs to meet, but how can we enjoy these needs and become satisfy?

C. You have heard already the people mentioned before they all complained in their lives eventhough they have everything they need yet can't enjoy their lives.

D. So what is the secret behind all of these, so that we can enjoy the needs and have them to the full and over-flow.

E. The verses in Matthew chapter 4:22-25 has shown us how to meet our needs in the right way.

Take notice verse 24 which tells us :All sick people, those afflicted with various diseases and torments, those under the power of demons, and epileptics, and paralysed people gathered in one place for special occasion and again in verse 25 said great crowds from other places also come to this place and joined for this occasion, Why?

well as you know they all have the needs and need solution for their problems.

Let me point this out to you!

Not all our needs can be fulfilled, neither all problems can be solved.

i beleive when we have needs we try very hard/try our best to meet those needs but unfortunately not all our needs can be met, we fail to meet our needs and become frustrated.

I also beleive we all try our best to solve our problems so that we can have the way out but sadly not all our problemes can be solved and we become dissapointed and even in despair.

Let us learn from this Scripture what actions should be taken in order to meet our needs and solve our problems?

I assume you agree with me, we all have infirmity or weaknesses. As the Bibbe tells us so. It's obvious we can fail in something and achieve nothing due to our infirmity and weaknesses.

Unless we are aware of our infirmity and weaknesses we can't have our needs being met and our problems can't be solved.

A. You must hear the good news and respond to it

1) How will you find a good doctor or a good restaurant?

• The answer is by hearing the news/or somebody tells you.
• You won't know there is a good doctor or a good restaurant unless you hear it from somebody

2) When you have a problem you need the solution to solve it, when you can't solve it you will find the waywho can help and solve your problem for example tap leaking, broken car or problem related to household, you know whom you must rely on.

3) The Bible has told us that we can have the answer of our problem through one Man, Jesus Christ.

4) The Bible also tells us that God has solved our problem in Jesus

5) we can get good news through the Bible(The word of God)

6) If you would like to know more about the good new, you must read the Bible and attend the church service regularly.

7) Matthew 4:24 tells us that the people who have problems, sickness heard the good news before therefore they came to Jesus.

8) These people have needs of healing, deliverance, restoration etc and they know where to go to order to meet their needs.

9) So you need to hear the good news/ you need to hear the Word of God in-order to meet your needs.

10) Maybe you try your best, you work very hard to find the way out of your problem yet you've failed to get the solution.

11) Let me tell you these people in this story came to Jesus, also failed to meet their needs before, they tried very hard and yet couldn't find the solution.

12) The good news is these people come to Jesus for the Answer and Solution.

• When you have a problem Come to Jesus
• When you get stuck at something Come to Jesus
• When you don't know where to go /What to do for your future Come to Jesus
• When you have obstacles in your life Come to Jesus
• In Jesus you will receive the answer
• In Jesus you will have the solution
• In Jesus you will have the assurance of your future
• In Jesus you will have Victory

13) Friends, Jesus is the Answer and you will find your needs being fulfilled. The Bible has told us the good news of Jesus coming into this world.

14) Why are anxious with your problem and why do you hear all the bad news from the media, newspaper all the time, while the Bible has told us about the good news.

15) The good news is Jesus comes into this world to heal the sick, to comfort those being oppressed, to meet the needs of those who are lacking. What ever you need, Jesus comes to provide your need, you may need of job, you may need of good family, you need of a good husband, good wife. All of those can be met only through Jesus.

B. You must be willing to hear the Word of God

1) Whenever you have a problem, a need you must hear the Word of God.

•  Where do you hear the Word of God from?
• The church Service
• In the Bible study
• By reading the Bible aloud
• You may be Desperate, you may be Lacking but if you are willing to hear the Word of God you will be encouraged and Comforted.

2) When you hear the Word of God you will have faith. Faith arises by hearing the Word of God.

3) Faith will produce action and the result of your needs.

4) The people in this story hear the good news(The Word of God) and they have faith, Their faith produces actions and actions produces the result of the needs.

5) So when you hear the Word of God you will have faith and will drive you coming to Jesus as a result you receive your needs being met.

6) Your action drives you to step out to approach Jesus in prayer and as a result you receive your need being met

7) Remember this when you step out to approach Jesus, there will be challenge because faith is risky, your friends can be a hinerance, your close friends can be a hinderance, but if you are persistent you can have the breakthrough and have the victory.

8) You may need:

1. Salvation
2. Protection
3. Security
4. Peace
5. Joy
6. Comfort
7. Happines
8. Healthy living
9. Healing
10. Restoration
11. Happy Home
12. Financial breakthrough

Solution of your problem

Jesus is the answer to all of these needs.

When you are in the presence of Jesus there is no such things called "Impossible". Amen

When you are in the presence of Jesus you will have the assurance of hope, comfort and Victory

Jesus is the key to your needs, there is no other way to receive your breakthrough.

Conclusion

Friends, you may have problem right now, you may have financial hardship, you may have bad marriage, you may have failure in your family relationship, you may have a bad business, you may be out of job but i tell you now Jesus is the answer to all your problems. He can meet our needs if we come to him and surrender everything to Him and have Faith in Him. Amen
